Refund policy

At Plumpy Succulents, we are dedicated to ensuring that your plants arrive in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to provide replacements for items damaged during shipping.


1. Replacement Eligibility
•    Replacements are available for products that arrive damaged or defective.
•    Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Replacement Process
•    Email us at plumpysucculents@gmail.com with:
o    Your order number.
o    Box opening Video to ensure that the content came broken beforehand not after the opening or unpacking.
o    Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
o    A brief description of the issue.
•    Once approved, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
•    Products that are not damaged during shipping.
•    Claims made after 48 hours of delivery.
•    Improper care or handling of live plants after delivery.
